I am helping three Kigali, Rwanda students with their COVID-Challenge Program endorsed by SNHU to ensure that they are able to learn methodologies, research analysis, and writing a proposal.

Charter for Women and Girls
Vision: We envision a world in which all girls and women reach their fullest potential for global transformation, holding compassion as our driving force.
Mission: The mission of the Charter for Compassion Women and Girls sector is to provide a platform that would enable and foster the partnerships of our Charter Partners who encounter and advocate on all issues, such as those related to gender equality, education, feminine leadership, and spirituality. All who explore creative solutions that contribute to promoting the creation of a balanced and peaceful global community are embraced and supported. With our Partners, we aim to co-create healing one heart at a time for swift and regenerative change of our communities and world.

My role: Is to talk to girls within my community to ensure that they can have a platform to foster positivity, self-esteem, creativity, self-care, self-love through leadership and education.

Music Booster Board Member & Secretary
I serve as the schools Music Booster secretary and create ideas to help us sustain our program through various events and outreach. This includes financial outreach, community outreach and work with the administration to ensure that our kids in the music program are always able to participate in any competition or instrument purchases.

Lunch Duty Coordinator/Supervisor
I managed about 50 volunteers each semester to schedule their time for our daily needs. Since COVID happened, I needed to change not only the amount of volunteers daily, but the way we process people to help us clean all kids related areas and watch them social distance.

I approach businesses in the area to provide any donations to be auction in our upcoming festival. I coordinate with another volunteer to do twice a week informational table at the school on getting more items donated. We organize, present, create a power point slides ready for the auction.
